The tea rooms at Red House Farm

Set in the heart of the rural Cheshire village of Dunham Massey, Red House Farm has been under the direction of the Clare family for over 100 years. Though the farm has taken on many guises through the years, it has steadily developed into the thriving farm shop, tea rooms and tourist attraction that you see today. Alan, the current proprietor, runs the farm alongside son-in-law Jonny, and two sons Martin and Lewis – a true family business.

Their tea rooms offer an excellent variety of locally-produced rural delicacies. The farm shop offers an array of luxury items and specialist lines, from farmhouse sausage to liqueur yoghurts. The farm also operates a myriad of seasonal outdoor activities aimed at the entire family, the centrepiece of which is their Maize Maze. They painstakingly plough and sculpt a field every summer to create an epic and challenging maze.
